Then there is no actual harm to capitalism. I look around and I see families living in boxes with no land that cost over a million dollars and for many require 2 incomes.... and I just can't believe what inflation 536 crooks, some cronies and a private central bank has done to americas working tax payers.
gdp is a garbage number for our purposes... that includes govt spending and is juiced by the crazy inflation we had had over the last 50 years.

Ricter just continues to prove that he is a walking, talking paradox. He will never, ever admit to the "stealth" inflation (that if calculated honestly) would show us with many quarters of NEGATIVE growth...stagflation masked as a growing economy and we have imbeciles like Ricter sounding like Irving Fisher in the late 1920's...

I do know that when the sequester kicked in, gdp grew faster than projected... which explains why the cronies got the establishment republicans to give all teh cuts back to the democrats.
any more information showing govt cuts increase our economic well being and the establishment would have been screwed.

Asset inflation has outpaced general inflation...
And there's the rub. Just who gets to decide who is "disloyal"? Who decides what determines "disloyal"? Clark is nuts for even suggesting the idea. Even the commies have got to be saying, WTF? Already been tried a couple of times, with disastrous consequences.
