Does anyone know anything about this firm? I had some questions that I was hoping others could answer for me:

-What kind of base salary and profit payout should an entry level trader expect there? --How is the technology?
-How is the culture?
-Is there a training program?
-Are there a lot of successful traders there?
-Is there a positive outlook for this company in the future?

Any information would be appreciated. Thanks all.
 
There's been a great deal of upheaval in the Chicago Futures Prop business model the past several years. Firms (especially Goldenberg-Hehmeyer) used to train newbies - now, nobody does that I am aware of. Don't expect another trader to teach you anything - quite the opposite. A firm like DRW recruits at top colleges and hand selects prospects to train internally. Most of these futures prop firms are looking for individuals or groups that already have a proven strategy that the firm principals feel comfortable with. They don't want to train someone, nuture them along, pay them a draw salary in the meantime, and then watch them walk when their one or two or three year contract expires.

Do you mind listing reputable futures firms that you know of? I can't find any that don't throw any red flags. The only reputable US firms that I know of are for equities.

AFAIK almost all of the future/options firms in Chicago are reputable. I don't know any that draw a red flag.

Do any of them hire discretionary traders? I've yet to automate my strategy to run 24/7, nor really know how to. I trade with NinjaTrader.
 
I would suggest going to the CME website and trying to search for listed electronic member firms. Once you get that list, you can google their names and look for a website with contact information.
