Bush and Cheney DESERVE to be attacked... but that's a different topic from Obama being the steaming pile he is.

With its current limit of $1B total, it's mostly "sizzle", not steak. Amounts to only about 260,000 cars out of a projected production of 10,000,000... <3%.. BFD!
