"Sport" is almost by definition an activity done for leisure, recreation, & fun. Being butt hurt has never been good enough in the court of law. So there was no monetary damages, no physical harm, and females were out competed. It doesn't matter what the reason is for the competition being faster. Were they excluded from the competition? No. Were they forced to compete or did it involuntarily? No. So quit yer cryin'

Find me the merit in the lawsuit though. Was there a monetary loss? Was this a full contact sport where someone was hurt? How are you going to claim sex discrimination when feminists have been asking to compete on equal terms against men for decades?

The merit is to prohibit biological males competing against females. It is that simple.
