Gotta love the picture of the two guys, I mean “trans athletes”, absolutely demolishing the girls in the sprint.

And then the trans guy has the balls (see what I did there ) to say HE is discriminated against and HE wants justice.

Always the F-ing victims. Ridiculous


 
This is just an extension of what the definition is is. Remember that BS, contesting everything.

If your sex organ IS an outie, you play on the Boys team. If your sex organ IS an innie, you play on the Girls team.

I don't care what you feel like, how you identify.

You can't be discriminated against for gender, when you don't know what your own gender is.

Toss the lawsuit out the window.

Transgenderism breaks down society, I should think it was obvious.

The left will support ANYTHING that helps break down our society.

All anyone in the future will remember about us is that we murder babies for convenience. The 21st century will be marked as the period when human civilization went mad and attempted to destroy itself. I just hope we don't decide that its happened because of the industrial revolution and technology and become Luddites.

Find me the merit in the lawsuit though. Was there a monetary loss? Was this a full contact sport where someone was hurt? How are you going to claim sex discrimination when feminists have been asking to compete on equal terms against men for decades?

They aren't suing for monetary damages are they? Doesn't matter about full contact, high testosterone is an advantage in any physical endeavor.

The last part will be problematic.

"Sport" is almost by definition an activity done for leisure, recreation, & fun. Being butt hurt has never been good enough in the court of law. So there was no monetary damages, no physical harm, and females were out competed. It doesn't matter what the reason is for the competition being faster. Were they excluded from the competition? No. Were they forced to compete or did it involuntarily? No. So quit yer cryin'

We'd be laughing our asses off if females voluntarily entered a competition involving man then went crying to the courts when they got their ass handed to them.
