Don't know, not making any move, but as someone on ET told me a while back about chart reading: Don't predict, or react, just follow.
Just over a week ago GE jumped pass $19. The next rise may be as quick. FOMO could be in play below 16.
That was a bull trap after a longer period of tapering and slowing of the bleed. And now it's way lower.
