GE Earnings Friday Morning..

There will be a time to buy GE if u want to go long but I don't think it's now. Something has to give, either the dividend or the rating. The longer they wait the more the stock will bleed over time, not that it hasn't done a lot of that already. Think something in the corporate culture there needs to be stirred up. Open the windows and let some fresh air in because it smells stale. I don't know....say fire someone. Would be a novel idea.

Earnings have to stay flat this year for GE NOT to borrow or cut CAPEX to pay the same dividends.
Most likely, they will borrow from credit market to pay dividends- which will likely to affect their credit rating.
And noone really knows what's going on at GE Capital...
