The thing to pay attention to is the adjustments.

That's a $20 billion GDP adjustment. Maybe not huge in the grand scheme of things. Again, I want it to go negative before I change my perspective on Donald J Pump's PPT.

GDP growth has managed to stay above zero these past 3 years because of Trump (despite all his faults). Had the 2016 election gone the other way you can bet we'd be close to zero or negative by now. If Dems win next year you can say 'bye-bye' to growth mindset (aka deep and prolonged recession). Especially in the absence of any other global growth drivers.
