I am trading better after hours. My gold long took forever since market is slow, but I hit my profit target.

I wonder if after hours it can sometimes be easier to trade the market since with the slowness there is time to plan the trade and not get chopped up by noise.

Plan for Thursday 1 trade either ES or GC, going to leave CL alone since it is too random right now for me. Then wait till after hours to see if I spot a setup.
