- Video gaming headphone maker Turtle Beach (NASDAQ:HEAR) rose 4% after an earlier report that the company has been running a sales process and is gaining interest from possible buyers.
- The company is garnering interest from large players in the gaming industry, CTFN reported earlier. The sales process is being run by BofA.!!!<-- Bank!
- It wasn't known which acquirers have expressed interest, according to the report.
- Turtle Beach has been tussling with activist Donerail Group recently and turned down an increased $36.50 offer for the company.

- ESPN (NYSE:DIS) is looking to license its brand to sports-betting companies - and is on the hunt for a multi-year deal of at least $3 billion, Dow Jones reports.
- Disney stock is up a quick 1.4% in response.
- The self-proclaimed "Worldwide Leader" in sports broadcasting has already held talks with Caesars Entertainment (CZR +4.8%) and DraftKings (DKNG +3.5%), with which it already has marketing partnerships, according to the report.
- A winner would be able to use ESPN's name for branding and even potentially rename its sportsbook after ESPN, according to the report.
- While ESPN has tiptoed into the gambling world, with podcasts and shows like Daily Wager, it has to date taken a cautious approach to any direct involvement in sports betting.

Stoney I am in and out of these within hours or a couple of weeks. I just looked at the chart for Turtle Beach and it's not like it's been straight up. Right now seems to be a good risk reward time to enter. I've used their headphones over the years, they've been around a long time. They were probably around when the original Microsoft flight simulator was released.
