In accordance with an undertaking made by the Company in the Registration Statement to remove by means of a post-effective amendment any of the securities registered which remain unsold at the termination of the offering, this Post-Effective Amendment No. 1 to the Registration Statement is being filed to terminate the effectiveness of the Registration Statement and to remove from registration all securities registered but not sold under the Registration Statement.

I have seen it a few times in small biotechs.

You know IPO's have seized up. Might be something everyone is anticipating.-??
 
In addition to CABOMETYX likely to be approved for a new indication in February, the compound has many late-stage trials around this compound ongoing that could substantially expand its patient pool and net product revenues for its franchise product in the years ahead as well. The company recently disclosed favorable study results from one of those late stage trials.

Well I smell some financial misdoing here:

Palantir commercial growth strategy incentives 'questionable,' says Citi 09:58 PLTR Citi analyst Tyler Radke said Palantir's commercial business has been slowing recently and noted that over the last 90 or so days he has picked up on a number of new commercial contracts signed with smaller growth companies that are in the SPAC listing process where Palantir is also an investor. "What looks particularly curious is the dollar value of these commercial software contracts often matches the investment capital" that Palantir contributes to the SPAC, <-- Busted!!! They are buying their own product!!!!
MAJOR FISHY!!!

..according to Radke, who thinks these deals may have "questionable incentives" and raise concerns around quality of revenue at Palantir. Radke reiterates a Sell rating and $17 price target on Palantir shares.

What I say yesterday? "If it was gonna move that much, the options would be way more pricey."

Ya know I almost shorted it at $54 pre-market, I even wrote a post calling it the Gummy of the day, short it at $54.... but I didn't want to jinx you so I didn't post it.

Oh well.
