Trading volumes indicate that traders have been buying calls and selling putsi <-- What! Assholes pick a direction. In anticipation of a favorable earnings report. If these bets were to unwind, it could result in unexpected downward pressure on the share price of DraftKings--WTF!!

I was supposed to meet this guy up the road. Word is he has a Slinger Bag but he didn't show up.

There is a whiff of cyclical but mostly in semi's & the consumer is being abused.

The market now has two outs. Two ways of fooling us again. 1> Inflation is hot we eventually admit that! No more transitory talk & we face the fact that stagflation is approaching. BUT we convince ourselves that if the market hadn't corrected and taken back tech stocks and growth then we we would be so overheated now something terrible would happen.. The new virus concerns actually helps us because it stretches out this recovery and recovery will come...

I've been thinking that way by the way.

What ruins that thought is all these big firms pushing back the return to work! It's bad. It's a drag. And THAT ACTION will push over the edge the other way and into a concerning slow down. We were given this summer and then it was back to work... now?

Second Out-- The FDA speeds up it's review and gives the final Ok to the vaccines.. that should result in an up 1000 DOW sort of day.

The positive view is England has pulled off heard immunity it looks like. And their Covid cases have turned down hard again after spiking on Delta. That could happen to us we could get a turn down. That should happen to us...

But we are so much bigger than England.
 
Van I think you are right to put Roboblox in your Granny's shorts. The whole sector looks wobbly. Like you said NFLX & AMZN and more importantly FB, Twitter and the rest.... They all have a growing user base problem. I saw a guy on TV an analyst and he said ONLY SNAP survived this earnings season that the sector is being " re-rated "<---** danger always bad and ONLY snap survived by hitting on all metrics... THAT SIR IS THE STOCK THAT IS PRICED TO PERFECTION.
 
Hey Van Entain could be bought out as well. MGM tried to once and were rebuffed. Now MGM has recently sold off some stuff they have cash.

Entain Plc (GMVHF)- Maybe that's why it exploded today!!!
