Jimbo must have his buds in HOOD bigtime. He just said this 70M share sale is no big deal because its not dilutive.
The next time someone calls in on his show about a stock, and he warns them off because of a lock-up expiration.... I'm gonna Tweet him and say "Hey Cramer.... its no big deal. Those shares are non-dilutive."

Spruce Point issues short report on Genius Sports, sees 60%-80% downside 09:15 GENI Spruce Point Capital Management issued a new short report on Genius Sports where it put a "Strong Sell" opinion on the shares with 60%-80% downside risk. "While the market's current view of Genius reflects the growth of the sports betting industry, in reality, our view is that Genius is just another intermediary that provides similar data to its competitors and will likely fail to capitalize on the wider industry growth," Spruce Point said in report posted on its website. "We believe Genius Sports, an overhyped revenue growth story assumed to benefit from the broader sports betting market, is facing competitive pressure and is unlikely to achieve its stated 25%+ growth targets," it added. Spruce Point believes Genius shares have downside to $3.25 - $6.50. Shares of Genius Sports are down 4c to $15.82 in premarket trading.

But realities on the ground really don't match that view. Case in point we have a dear friend who is going through some serious medical issues she is scheduled to have adouble mastectomy
in New Orleans and she was en rout driving there from KY when her operation was canceled due to Covid.
