I do not understand Bitcoin at all. I do hate that they use up so much electricity. Elon Musk has pointed this out-- Bitcoin is horrible for the environment so you young folks who think it's so great... You might as well be cutting down tress.

This company is using hydro when they can that's the way to go... and solar and wind and ??

  • Stronghold Digital Mining Inc. which bills itself as an ecofriendly Bitcoin-mining company, filed Tuesday for an IPO to raise $100M, although that’s likely just a placeholder number.
  • Stronghold wrote in anS-1 filingwith the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission that it plans to list on the Nasdaq under the ticker symbol “SDIG.”
I dig SDIG as an IPO.

go for it at $38.... Another example of me selling a winner just because it went up 300%....
You never get anywhere doing what I do... You just pay a lot of taxes.

  • SPAC Queen's Gambit(NASDAQ:GMBT)rose 3.2% in after hours trading on a report that the entirely female-led SPAC is in talks to take Middle East-based ride-sharing firm Swvl public.
  • The transaction will value Swvl at about $1.5B, according to aWSJ report.The deal will include a $100M PIPE with investors including Agility, Luxor Capital Group and Zain Group.
  • In Augugst 2019, Swvl announced it has raised $42M in a fund raising round (Series B-2),valuing the company at the time at $157M,according to MENAbytes.

god, i still have some of this stock. i bought heaps of it back during the spac craze but sold most. was about to sell off the last bit but noticed a rise in institutional buying this month for it...do insiders just get to know everything?

They make it sound al innocent but are they providing this service to both sides? or just the police.
