The "manufacturing yield" of the company's production process is "structurally low" and this is a variable cost problem, not a fixed cost problem, according to the firm. Jehoshaphat set a $3 price target on View Inc. shares, which are down 92c, or 12%, to $7.00 in pre-market trading.
Dust Organization installs View smart windows in New York City office building 05/26 VIEW The Durst Organization announced it has installed smart windows from View at 825 Third Avenue, its newly-renovated, 530,000-square-foot, 40-story office tower in New York City. 825 Third Avenue will be the first office building in New York City to use smart windows that also incorporate View Immersive Experience, a solution that transforms smart windows into transparent, digital screens. The Durst Organization is targeting LEED Gold certification for 825 Third Avenue and View Smart Windows can capture points in up to seven LEED categories.
