Kraton Corporation manufactures and sells styrenic block copolymers, specialty polymers, and other products in the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the Asia Pacific. It operates in two segments, Polymer and Chemical. Alkaline Water closes financing with $1M investments from chairman, Shaq 08:58 WTER Alkaline Water announced that it has closed a non-brokered private placement financing of 4,757,381 subscription receipts at a price of US$1.05 per receipt for total gross proceeds of $4,995,250. The company's chairman Aaron Keay and Shaquille O'Neal's equal investments of $1.05M in the financing accounted for over 40% of the gross proceeds of the entire financing. Alkaline expects to use the proceeds as general working capital and to fund the expansion of production capacity. Each subscription receipt will entitle the holder to acquire, for no additional consideration, one unit consisting of one common share of the company and one transferable share purchase warrant upon shareholder approval for the financing.
