yah, i've been tempted by novavax NVAX for a few weeks now. it's hard to gauge a good entry on it, though, and hard to tell how much is priced in. it probably all comes down to the prospects for the boosters and the flu/vaccine shot, right? do we think getting the US approval for the vaccine is already priced in

For some reason I came up with GBA's STRONG HANDS. I was looking at a bunch of my stocks and deciding why I liked some and didn't like others... and it comes down to each stocks make up of investors. Yea Wall St bets, Reddit, they drive interest but are those stocks in strong hands?
A new thread should be much more conservative. I saw a very distressing chart on CNBC yesterday maybe you saw it. It showed how the market is tracking pretty perfectly what is supposed to happen post new Presidency etc. I forge the metrics but the left side was some amalgamation of markets and how they behave after a recession and in between terms of a US President, etc. And it's tracking right along and what is supposed to and now a BIG SURGE UP IS SUPPOSED TO HAPPEN VERY STEEP- and then a July fall of a cliff.
Did the Fed's moves yesterday take the upward surge off the table? And thus extended this period we are in? That's where my head is at.
My own work had showed a big correction as well it was supposed to come in June but Now I think July.
You know it's tough to say I think there could be some suppressed upside here.
One thing that has been bothering me is the booster.
A great number of people are not going to get that.
I include myself.
So I was very interested to read Novavax reports 'positive' results from study of influenza/Covid vaccine 16:07 NVAX Novavax announced data from the first co-administration study of a SARS-CoV-2 vaccine candidate and an approved influenza vaccine. The findings suggest simultaneous vaccination may be a viable immunization strategy. In addition, the protection afforded by the candidate vaccine was consistent with the main study at 87.5% and 89.8% respectively.
I do not normally get a flue shot either, but a great number of people do. And the difference between getting this Covid and it's variants under control and not may come down to slipping a booster in with a flue shot. Smart.
