GBA's "2021 Stock Phantasma"

No I did not wear a special Cramer T shirt last night although if I did it would of read " I DEFEATED CRAMER IN A STOCK PICKING CONTEST BY A FACTOR OF 100!!!!!"

lol :D

No that doesn't sound stupid at all regarding PLTR.
I have said all along its a long term play. Its a very crowded trade though. Eventually it'll just be a steady climber I suspect. I think Cathie bought a few more million shares the other day.

I wonder where Roblox will close today. I feel sorry for all those folks that bought near $78 on Jim's recommendation, only to watch it hit $67 yesterday. But its like he says, its a stock to buy, not trade. PLTR's the same way. UPST too. And SNAP.

The thing to do with these stocks that you hold long term is you wait for days like earlier this week when the vix spikes way the f up and you sell calls into those juicey premiums. That's the best time to buy stocks, when you get two big down days like we had this week when the vix jumps like 50%. Buy that quality stock and immediately sell the covered calls. ISRG is the best stock in the world for this, using the weeklies.

You have to have the mindset now that no one is holding LT. Every trade has a time frame and an exit price. There is the feeling that Cathy Wood has been selling quality names to keep buying some suspect ones. She sends all her buys and sells out every day. Could shorts be using that info against her?

RBLX is such a stinking joke. I'm furious. Trying to teach lessons about investing and instead have to explain irrational markets, lock up periods and perves who hide out on games for kids...

Ok one small problem. In my overjoy at my return as The Scalpel I ran inside and popped a gummy. From the wrong bag. I take nighttime gummy which is small and this one felt larger in the mouth.. APparently I have consumed a gummy meant for 4 people. Whatever you do Please If I make it back here later which I doubt--DO NOT LISTEN TO WHAT I SAY WHATEVER IT IS: NO MATTER What....

Well son today's lesson is about capturing a gain no matter how small and sticking with an original idea> ROBLX SOLD!!!! APPROX $4-$5 GAIN.....

Lesson 1-> You can't go wrong taking gains. Lesson Two read->

What happened

Roblox Corporation (NYSE:RBLX) shares plunged in Thursday trading to close the day down 7.8%. This was the second day in a row of prices falling since the company reported blockbuster sales growth in its first earnings report post-IPO.

So what
Two factors appear to be contributing to the declines. First: Competition.

As videogameschronicle.com reported late Tuesday (perhaps not coincidentally, just hours after the earnings report that sent Roblox stock flying), video game producer Ubisoft is shifting its business model away from relying solely on sales of high-price "AAA releases" and evolving to offer a "high-quality line-up that is increasingly diverse," including "building high-end free-to-play games."

Free-to-play gaming (plus in-game sales for a price) is, of course, Roblox's forte. Investors may see competition from Ubisoft in this arena as a reason to question Roblox's growth prospects.

At the same time, a midday report out of investment bank Stifel Nicolaus yesterday, in which the analyst raised its price target on Roblox but warned of "decelerating" growth in April "that we'd anticipate continuing into the 2H as the biz laps difficult comps," may also be weighing on the stock. >>>>>>
