$59 is pretty reasonable seen in that light.

Boyd closed at $60.42.
When the vix comes down and stays down, this one heads for $70.
IGT hit a three year high today btw.

Good Morning Knick fans. I have no voice today having screamed at a referee all night. What a disgrace the NBA has hired some terrible refs. Six wrong and or missed calls. Despite that the gutty NY team won the game having been down 17 or so.

The experience was weird and for a man without a cellphone a bit terrifying getting into the building. They want you to scan a barcode thingy hashtag thingy and then ask a bunch of questions No which I could of just done verbally. Then you get a green light on your e mail and show that to some guard and that gets you to the next area where you show your vaccine card.
Then you go further in for a x ray machine.

My kid got a Covid test but we forced to our seats to wait. Thank God he passed, I never would of been able to find him again. I'm probably going to have to buy a cell phone at some point. Speaking of a fine young man (not you Van) We are Getting him The Teenager/ Vaccine Pfizer later today if anyone has anything to say on this matter now would be the time!

At gummybear we have a real strong feeling that our investments should reflect t a brighter future for the world.

Myomo: Ridiculously Cheap Medtech
May 13, 2021 3:03 AM ETMyomo, Inc. (MYO)
Summary
  • Myomo has a revolutionary product that allows people with paralyzed arms to use them once more.
  • Triple-digit growth will be fuelled by a number of catalysts both in the US as well as internationally.
  • Key KPIs hit record levels in Q1 as Myomo ramped up advertising after the election season.
  • The valuation of the company remains ridiculously low compared to peers despite the massive progress of the company.

Myomo (MYO) sells the MyoPro, a medical device that can change the lives of people with upper limb paralysis. The company has already shown several quarters of strong growth and several catalysts - growing marketing spend, international growth, and introducing a device for children - should continue driving growth going forward. Best of all, the company has a small market cap of just $50mil and a valuation at a steep discount to other medtech peers, meaning there is substantial upside if the company continues to be successful in commercialization.

About Myomo
Every year, around 3mil people lose function of their arms either due to stroke or some other accident. Before there were a few options for these patients - rehab, occupational therapy, etc. - but in many cases, the patient would lose function of their arm completely.

Look at that.

Originally pioneered and refined by MIT in the 1960s, the MyoPro device can detect tiny electrical signals passing through the arm. When this "intention to move" is observed, the MyoPro can then use its motors to move the arm and fingers, restoring movement to the patient. Obviously, this is a revolutionary life-changing device.

The MyoPro technology had been protected by 2 patents, licensed from MIT, that expire in late 2023. However, recently Myomo announced that the company has obtained a new patent that granted additional IP protection to the company until 2039. This should prevent most competitors from entering the market for a very long time.
