    • That involves a minority investment from Sony Interactive Entertainment into Discord's $100M Series H funding round.

  • SPAC Fortress Value Acquisition Corp. II(NYSE:FAII)was rated a new buy at Benchmark with a price target of $14 ahead of its planned merger with ATI Physical Therapy.
  • ATI Physical Therapy operates the the U.S.'s largest network of "single branded" physical therapy(NASDAQ:PT)locations. Benchmark expects that outpatient PT is likely to benefit from healthcare trends such a shift to care outside hospitals and focus on "value-based" care.

It now seems likely Springpower International has been acquired by Tesla, Mark Harris of the website reports, citing LinkedIn profiles. Springpower's patented process recirculates the chemical solution for electric vehicle batteries, removing the need for expensive water treatment, Harris points out.
