Interesting broken IPO Huge Insider buy--- They just said F it!

Lastly, Rain Therapeutics (RAIN) stock jumped nearly 41% before dropping below its IPO price. Shares opened at $22.10, hit a high of $23.90 and then dropped, closing at $15.80, off roughly 7% from its $17 offer price. This makes Rain a broken deal.

The company sold 7,352,941 shares at $17, the midpoint of its $16-to-$18 price range.

  • Shares of Drive Shack are up 1.93% premarket to $3.17 vs. the 52-week trading range of $1.00 to $3.94.

  • iPower Inc. (IPW), which makes hydroponics equipment used to grow cannabis and other products indoors without soil, released terms Tuesday for a previously announced IPO, disclosing plans to sell 5M shares in a $9-$11 range.
  • PW sells more than 2,600 hydroponics products to home and professional users via its ZenHydro.com Web site, as well as through online retailers like Amazon, Walmart and eBay.
  • “We believe that we are one of the largest online destinations for hydroponic products,” the company wrote in its S-1.
  • iPower also reported as part of the filing that its revenues hit $26.2M in the six months ended Dec. 31, up 69% from the same period a year earlier. That helped IPW grow earnings 131.7% year over year to $1.3M for the latest six-month period:

Financial Performance
iPower’s recent financial results can be summarized as follows:

  • Sharply growing topline revenue

  • Increasing gross profit

  • Stable gross margin

  • Growing operating profit

  • A swing to cash used in operations
It would be funny to put these guys over at Fidduciary not exactly a pot Co so not in their minds Federally illegal?


 
Chinese Travel> TCOM


  • Turning to travel, Mizuho checks show activity looking strong for the April and May holidays - benefiting from some pent-up demand from travel restrictions during Chinese New Year, as well as vaccination traction (China expects more than 70% of its population will be covered by July).
  • It's expecting outperformance in Q2, and the return of outbound travel in the second half, which could drive some upward revisions for 2022. And it's citing Trip.com(NASDAQ:TCOM)as its top Buy in the space.
