I think there's a chance that congress adds a clause to some bill maybe the George Floyd bill or
some other funding mechanism that encourages more purchases of non lethal weapons for the police departments... I mean it only makes sense...

  • Analyst Robert Ottenstein: "Investors, however, will need to wait until September for Coty to set new financial targets, an intermission that is understandable and that we take as a sign of the financial discipline of the 'new Coty.' We will revisit our outlook of Coty’s financial potential but expect the shares to discount what currently is our C2023 EPS of $0.60; we therefore raise our PT to $15, assuming a 25x multiple. While this is a 12 month PT, it would not surprise us if the stock pushed $15 by year end, making it our highest potential name. That said, debt levels remain high and the turnaround remain more on the chalk board than in the data."
