agreed. When my kids are of that age where married, house, kids comes into effect, I'd like to give them as much help as needed to get a jump start. Real estate isn't getting any cheaper, and neither do wives.... LOL
 
You Can Go Back In The Futures And see This Indeed is a relief rally.

Where it goes from here-- ROARING TWENTIES ... they don't end in year 2.... You got to get roaring first.

Look at tech this way van--- You have those that pulled forward earnings and they are being punished-- where does Ebay fit here right on the cusp! Ok BUT some tech is still going to shine. Why? These office spaces are not filled up. The return to normal is just in the leisure sector...

I believe it will be the cyclical stocks that falter here and people will come to re appreciate the biggest growth. Likewise small caps getting so crushed I think they stand to benefit with slightly higher rates and again the search for truly blistering growth.

There is a rolling correction already under way / we cannot fight that but here is this larger question of whether the recovery is a two year celebration or one. Ironically, mild set backs to the recovery here may stretch it to 2 years!

What of these other countries that are bursting with Covid... I don't know we need this CureVac vaccine like yesterday!!!

I am due for my second shot tomorrow and I'm nervous.
