I'm sorry to say we had this at $19 in the last thread and $22 in this thread... I thought it was moving too slowly... Now $27. When it takes out $30 she will be free like a bird. Clearing 5 year highs...

How do you know when a high is going to yield more highs and how do you know when a high is overextended? Easy-> look back those five years this stock was trading at $24 on June 8 2018.

2018 = $24

2022 = $27

Yup you made $3 profit in 4 years! Seen in that light... This stock could double. ~si
 
<< We have to understand Biden will probably only get half of his plan through Congress but I think the clean water part will get through because Trump always used to like to say we have clean water! And the lead pipe thing is not going away. Also oddly enough Wind. Ct has issued a go ahead for a big off shore wind project. Out by Martha's Vineyard I looked into the company it was private but a smaller company like BWEN could pick up orders for it. I think changes that make Utilities do a certain percentage of Wind and solar will stick. Not sure about the roads and bridges- feel they want some sort of pay as you go way of doing this Bond sales and increased tolls and private companies screwing everyone... >>

Lol. You should put your photo captions in quotation marks Stoney so casual readers (just passing by) can catch your humor.

Anyway, this kind of transaction for tax purposes concerning the conversion of rsu's happens about 1000X/day across the stock universe. I get sick of clicking on Form-4's to see what's up only to see:

" and certain of those shares were automatically sold to cover required tax withholding obligations in connection with the settlement of the shares on each of those dates. All the foregoing transactions were conducted in compliance with the Reporting Person's preexisting Rule 10b5-1 trading plan."

Between that and the classic:

"these shares were sold under a pre-determined compensation plan" -- blah blah blah

It makes genuine insider sales, ones worth noting, time consuming to spot.

Ol' Karpy owns north of 85MM shares. This sale is literally synonymous to dropping a penny at the McDonalds drive-thru window when buying a $2 cup of coffee. Plus.... I mean you convert rsu's and the accountants hold back tax liability. Its built into the system.

Whoever wrote that article and bold-faced the title and added "tip of the iceberg" is either just a hater or someone that wants to buy in on a dip at Monday's open.

All those rsu's are common knowledge before a stock trades on day one anyway.

Maybe this is part of the problem though.

I have been laying down Deer traps and shiny things all morning. Giant pack came through the other day-- The nerve! Right behind me on the couch-- my wife looked at me with a look of horror which I just took as usual these days.. until she pointed and seven freakin' dear eating the lawn right behind me!... Set the dog on them. Now I'm laying foot traps and setting up tinfoil shiny things and stakes and spraying. It's on.

It gets confusing because Whitey the Second is here and has a boy friend and a little kid I think...And me and Whitey go way back including Whitey 1. And I've always loved Whitey and seeing Whitey's big but up on the hill. Whitey is respectful, always keeps to the edges of the property for fine dining. These new brutes just march right through! I have footprints right outside the front door.

I've got all my stock profits tied up in bulbs & flowers.

There is a blurb within this wild Gaetz situation. Who could of imagined the Q'Anon types were right-- there was child sex trafficking after all it just wasn't at the Pizza parlor it was within the Republican party! Surprise!

Anyway the blurb had something to do with illegal farming of bitcoin. That a couple of these suspects being tracked went into an office and created some Bitcoin. Always a good trick...
 
Chart Of The Week> Floor & Decor

Take a look at FND. Floor & Decor. It has tried many times to get through that $105 level or so going way back. It has been basing here for a long time. There's always a few ways of looking at these charts that could be an ultimate top part of a topping pattern... but it's also knock knock knock let me in.. And once they step through they usually run... (just like the Deer in my traps!)
