He thinks the company's AI and machine-learning technology offers superior recognition capabilities and he sees Rekor "rapidly approaching a tipping point" when revenue will accelerate and give it significant earnings leverage, Schmidt tells investors in his initiation note.

They're competing w/ AXON and a few others.
AXON has the software as a service bringing everything together.

I mean these readers have been around awhile.
I have not looked at it yet stoney.
