Vroom price target raised to $60 from $55 at Wells Fargo 07:50 VRM Wells Fargo analyst Zachary Fadem raised the firm's price target on Vroom to $60 from $55 and keeps an Overweight rating on the shares. The analyst remains constructive into Q4 reporting season, as unit growth appears to be accelerating, inventory availability is improving, and he anticipates another year of expanding online adoption in the category.

CarParts.com price target raised to $28 from $20 at Craig-Hallum 08:31 PRTS Craig-Hallum analyst Ryan Sigdahl raised the firm's price target on CarParts.com to $28 from $20 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. The analyst believes CarParts is in the early innings of an operational turnaround, fundamental inflection and he thinks the best positioned online competitor to disrupt the $150B-plus automotive aftermarket.
 
GrowGeneration acquires Grow Warehouse, terms not disclosed 08:06 GRWG GrowGeneration announced its acquisition of Grow Warehouse, a four-store chain of hydroponic and organic garden stores in Colorado and Oklahoma. The acquisition brings the total number of GrowGen hydroponic garden centers to 46, with new locations in Colorado Springs and Pueblo, Colorado, and Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Founded in 2009 by Mark Rees, Grow Warehouse brings annual revenues of approximately $20M. It also brings the total number of GrowGen hydroponic garden centers in Colorado to eight and Oklahoma to five. Grow Warehouse's team of cultivation experts will join GrowGeneration's team of close to 500 grow professionals.

the difference is a warrant thing.

They'll both convert to symbol MTTR in Q2 2021

One is $17.20 and the other is $16.40, difference I think is the cheaper one does a 1 for 1 conversion while GVHIU is like 1.05

One thing to remember Stoney.... the Co-Founder and "chief scientist" as they call him, was with PayPal when the entire company was less than 50 people.

Know what that means? Perhaps speculation on my part, but logic would tell me this company has the PayPal mafia in its corner. Elon, Peter, and a few others that aren't so well known.
