Online video-game company Roblox (RBLX) is postponing its widely anticipated plan to go public via a direct listing at a possible $29.5B valuation until March. It’s also restated some financial results, reportedly in response to SEC concerns.

Roblox wrote in its latest U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission S-1 filing that it expects the stock to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange in March, whereas earlier paperwork had the go-public move happening in February.
