Paysafe to become public though Foley Trasimene Acquisition Corp. II merger 12/07 BFT, CNNE, BX Foley Trasimene Acquisition Corp. II and Paysafe, an integrated payments platform, announced that they have entered into a definitive agreement and plan of merger. Upon closing of the transaction, the newly combined company will operate as Paysafe and plans to list on the New York Stock Exchange, or NYSE, under the symbol PSFE.<-- LOVE!!!

Speaking of SPACS, weed, (and Yahoo), they had the former CEO of Yahoo on today, she's launching some large weed SPAC.
Did you see it?
It was funny, she was going on and on about Gummies. And then the CNBC gang joined in. Smoke vs Gummies.
What's tincture? She mentioned that too. Is that for vaping?

Pretty sure she's gonna be hands on CEO. If you listened to her talk, you'd know why I say that.
Even David Faber said "I think she's had a few gummies today" ( :D ) as they segued into the next segment.

VAN A TINCTURE IS OLD LADY STUFF-- BUT IT'S REALLY GOOD. It's a liquid you put under your tongue and it absorbs different than a gummy. Good for injuries and sleep and streaming.
