Norway says deaths after COVID-19 jab may be from side effects

- Norway has reported 23 deaths related to vaccination against the COVID-19 infection. 13 of the deaths have been assessed, with the results suggesting that common side effects may have contributed to severe reactions in frail, elderly people, according to the Norwegian Agency for Medicines said January 14.
- Over 25,000 people have been vaccinated in the country since the drive began on December 27 last year, Pfizer's (PFE -0.3%) mRNA- based vaccines were used in the concerned cases.
- The report cited of the 13 deaths, nine serious and seven less serious side effects were reported.
- The casualties were all among those with advanced heart conditions, dementia, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and other serious diseases and aged at least 80 and some more than 90 years.
SNAP & Getting Back into XPEV are my two best ideas.
I would like to have an earnings play I feel strongly bout at this point i do not. Actually SNap would be on that list. For some reason my notes say Snap does not report until Feb. 2nd. That's quite a ways.

XPEV last reportedearnings on November 12, 2020 before the market opened (BMO). The company held a conference call for investors at 8:00 AM eastern on the same day. XPEV shares gained +33.4% the day following the earnings announcement to close at 44.73. Following its earnings release, 65 days ago, XPEV stock has drifted +6.9% higher. From the time it announced earnings, XPEV traded in a range between 37.50 and 74.49. The last price (47.82) is closer to the lower end of range.
Next XPEV Earnings Date:XPEV is estimated to announce earnings between Jan 29, 2021 and Feb 01, 2021 (the company has not announced a date yet and the estimate is based on historical earnings dates/////
Looking at XPEV if we can get this down to $44 area I think it would be a buy.

This list may not be complete... But it's close---- each of these companies was chosen with earnings in mind.... each and every one should beat.

In the big picture I am a little worried I have gone off the tracks....TA, MEOH & MIME I have to watch these carefully.... I feel like my last really good idea was Corning and maybe Red Rock.
And the market sometimes tells you... your picks stop working and then soon after a correction comes... but the market also rotates and I think it's rotating into a few areas I am poor in... Semi's and Semi equipt I have a love hate relationship with: I hate sectors that go up and down in unison despite what your particular stock is working on!! I hate that and they can go up in unison despite a stock sucking wind Hate That!! I had a great, great play here TER and I let it go before it's big move. They can sit forever as well...!! Kicking myself. SIMO looks ready to buy but this stock has let me down many times in the past.
I find it maddening and Banks... YES we need them but they are boring as shit to buy--that's why I have the hedge fund- to buy stocks I can't bring myself to buy... cyclical, machinery, regional Banks etc...

I cut and pasted that from that other thread so as to not pollute it. I mean geez Stoney, the cat's a pro, we're dummies in comparison. We're making directional calls on equities in an insane market. Throw enough against the wall and some are bound to stick. Have some respect for this man's high level of extremely specialized knowledge. Go back over there and apologize for spouting off like an idiot.
And, while we're on it lol, I take exception to the above also. Excuse me, but VZ had a little to do with those 300 pages. And they weren't all winners. Mine were but I'm humble. Most of the time.

Regarding PLTR, well if it's anything, its a great trading stock. It repeated that pattern all week actually. It loves $25 for sure.
Understand what's going on there; its whales battling it out with other whales, the goal being quantum supremacy over the other. PLTR is one for the long haul. It'll squeeze, pullback, squeeze, pullback, blah blah blah... over and over. Long term it sets higher lows and higher highs with lots of noise in between.
Ya know one of these days... Smuckers... $SJM.... something is going to break and that one will head north in a big way.
Look at that 5 year chart. Its a dog. I don't understand it. The brands they own are gold. They command so much floor space in places like WMT, KR, TGT, DG... that alone... there's companies out there that would kill to command the amount of shelf space they do.

Van I'd have to be able to find that thread to comment again-- I found the tone very annoying... Hi I'm Mr perfect and I rarely find ideas here... By my count I have given out five stocks that have added $100 dollars to their share gain... $100. Stocks like GNRC stocks like SE I could go 0n and on and on. These are long term picks that crushed everything.
