Seditionis a serious felony punishable by fines and up to 20 years in prison and it refers to the act of inciting revolt or violence against a lawful authority with the goal of destroying or overthrowing it.

It allows the vice president, together with a "majority of either the principal officers of the executive departments or of such other body as Congress may by law provide", to declare the president "unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office" in a written declaration.
 
Is Trump able to get through to Pence. If Pence is not taking his call we have article 25 go down tonight! Trump has had his Twitter account frozen and may be taken away from him.

Rubio has flipped because Trump wants to run his Daughter against him in FLa.
