To be a savant, you have to see things before they happen. If you read it in Seeking Alpha, you're probably too late and certainly not savant.
I was looking for something else and I saw this from June of 2020....
Now that wasn't necesarily specific to DHI in general... it was me seeing what was happening in the real world.
You told me it was a dumb idea, and even came back with this:
Nevermind the fact that D.R. Horton and KBH doubled, MORE than doubled at their peak... the point is... savants don't get their ideas from other websites. They "savant" with their own minds.

After Chewy, Inc. (CHWY) reported that it has missed analyst expectations for its fiscal second quarter earnings results, option traders are taking actions that suggest that they think the share price will move lower in the future. The company's LungFit system is currently under FDA review for premarket approval (PMA) to treat persistent pulmonary hypertension of the newborn, and a commercial launch is planned for the fourth quarter of this year.
Thought: I was pretty sure this was the case but the ordinary air part makes this self refilling.

That LungFit trial if it goes well well associate the product with Covid a little bit... Lung Infection is pretty close... and folks are already huffing NO for Covid.-- That sends the stk to $16<----
Timing-- We need any correction to hold off until that 2nd catalyst! It's going to be close!
