The market was a real mess under the covers yesterday. The rolling correction continues. It really is amazing we hit that exactly right- the correction started to the day I said it would and has continued to this point in one form or another. Honestly I'm surprised I'm that good--
I have not been following Drive Shack since we sold for a BIG GAIN but I did notice the Impractical Jokers did a golf segment and they went to a Top Golf! Booooooo.
Today I'm thinking about Ball Corp. Big under performer this year. Announced expansion plans in UK and Russia today (two plants) I think BLL is going to play catch up soon. We used Ball last thread for the canning thrust which came with the PANDEMIC. THIS YTD DOWN 9%. A real opportunity I think. I've been comparing BLL and Fortive, FTV as buy Ideas for the HF accounts.

A lot of upgrades of Hotel Laggard Park. I agree with all the numbers this stk is going to $22-$24 but not much more than that. It's $19 now. Maybe not enough return for the risk but all metrics are point UP.
- Shares of Park Hotels ((PK+1.0%)) rise as Deutsche Bank analyst Chris Woronka upgrades from Hold to Buy on the basis that its portfolio is of higher quality and key revenue per available room data is improving, even as shares have dipped about 20% from their March high.
- Woronka keeps his $23/share price target unchanged, implying 18% upside from the current $19.10.
