I can't figure out that placement of the 608K shares.

Ya gotta think whoever plopped down $14M @ $23/share did some DD and liked the story.
 
I had trouble with that as well I read it as un priced as of yet. Cause it has not come to market.

I read some chatter on the Yahoo board and folks are worried about a secondary--- Here are some other thoughts-

    August QTR should have revenue between 20-25 million. November QTR should have revenue between 25-30 million and that should be break even for Operating Profit. Feb 2022 QTR will be Profitable QTR with revenue of 30-40 million. Insider buying should be soon. Year 2022 and this stock is 35 or more.

    LFMD has been rising nicely last 5 trading days. We are up over 60% from recent low. Shorts seem not to be able to keep the price down.I expect to see $14 end of next week. With high volume, rising institutional ownership, insider buying and many more eyballs on this it is highly probable.

Danimer Scientific projections 'wildly overstated,' Spruce Point says 09:40 DNMR Short-selling firm Spruce Point Capital Management released a follow-up report on Danimer Scientific. A recently released Freedom of Information Act request from the Kentucky Department of Environmental Protection provides evidence that suggests Danimer's "production figures, its pricing, and rosy financial projections are wildly overstated." Monthly Kentucky polyhydroxyalkanoate production figures have been restated by up to 100% after coming public and Danimer's PHA average selling price appears to be 30% to 42% below management's claims, Spruce Point writes in a report posted on its website. Moreover, Danimer's recently reported production figures "are so far below their actual capacity, that it calls into question why is Danimer telling investors it needs hundreds of millions of dollars in capacity expansion?" Shares of Danimer Scientific are down 27c to $20.02 in early trading. R

YEA I screwed the RBLX trade up...

The market is at an interesting intersection. The Fed has let it be known that they will talk about taking away the punch bowl if things continue as is... rather weak. So the rational is there is just enough time to rush in and have a little more fun before... Jackson Hole Massacre. It happened this way once before and it sure feels like we are on the same glide path.
 
Probably time to start watching these guys again... The $4 stk I sold at $8 --
They have proven 100% that they re for real.
