- Mazda (OTCPK:MZDAY) reports unit sales increased 184.4% Y/Y to 31,117 in April.
- Car sales jumped 137.3% to 6,621 units while Truck sales expanded 200.6% to 24,496 units.
- CPO sales expanded 187 % to 6,880 units for the month.

- AnSEC filingfor UK startup Rockley Photonics, which has a wearable sensor platform for continuously monitoring biometrics like blood glucose and hydration, lists Apple(NASDAQ:AAPL) as one of its "few large customers."
- Rockley says that only two customers accounted for all of its 2020 revenue and 99.6% of 2019 sales. Apple wasn't specifically mentioned as one of those customers, but it seems likely since Apple was mentioned in the filing at all.
- The UK startup, which is prepping to go public through a SPAC merger, says its technology will appear in consumer products by 2022. Glucose monitoring is a long-rumored feature for future Apple Watch models.

- A recent report was put out for market participants going over the outlook of both value and growth-related investments and what the future potentially holds for both.
- In the note, Vanguard stated: “We expect value to outperform growth over the next ten years by five to seven percentage points, annualized, and perhaps by an even wider margin over the next five years.”
eBay edges higher as CEO says looking at NFTs, cryptocurrency for payments
- eBay(NASDAQ:EBAY)gained 1.2% partly as the CEO said the company is looking at non-fungible tokens or NFTs.
- "We're looking at it and exploring opportunities as for how we can enable it on eBay in an easy way," CEO Jamie Iannone said in aninterview on CNBC.
- SPAC target Enjoy is called one of a few companies well-positioned to capitalize on experiential commerce at home in a glowing profile published by Loup Ventures.
- "It's no coincidence that brands like Peloton, Carvana, Tesla, and Apple are excelling at experiential retail at home. - SPAC Marquee Raine Acquisition(NASDAQ:MRAC)confirmed its deal to take startup Enjoy public last week. The transaction values the combined company at an implied pro forma enterprise value ofapproximately $1.2B, representing 4.8X the company's estimated 2022 revenues.
