ALL RISE THE OPTION KING IS IN DA' HOUSE-

The set up is not perfect but I want to teach " The System " again to new viewers.
A) Have a name you have a decent feeling about going into earn.-

Don't like the insider selling*

Retail turning over. consumer pulling in.

Like I said not a perfect set up.

B) Buy just before earn at a discount on a down market day.

Looks like misses across the board. Margins got worse.

But it's up right now.

Advertising jumped costs 24% yoy it looks like, operating expenses 16.5%

Operating expenses increased $262.9 million or 16.5%. As a percentage of sales, operating expenses increased 240 basis points to 42.2%. Selling expenses increased $76.7 million or 24.3%, primarily due to higher global demand creation expenditures. General and administrative expenses increased $186.3 million or 14.5%, primarily driven by labor and increased facility costs, including rent and depreciation.

You called the reversal perfectly, I thought about it while trading NVDA and that software company I sold $7 too soon. NVDA bounced hard off low, nice call!

NOW I paid $6-.70, they hit $20! I sold of course :(

They announced a $1B buyback, and inventories decreased a little. That's a plus. They say they up'd full year guidance, but it looks to me not much if any, compared be where the analysts had it at least.

I don't like that increase in operating expenses, plus I think freight costs are gonna rise and that's where they made the improvement in their gross margins.

The balance sheet is certainly solid and the PE is low enough. China sales were up.

It's not a bad report, but it's not gonna move the stock I don't think. I'm surprised it's still up.

I give it a grade of C (B- at best)--- but a solid C

But odds are, "Option King's" $65 calls at $3.20 are gonna be big losers.

The VZ short call at $69 is already up $4
>>>5.7%!!!!<<<:strong::strong::strong:
