Stoney remember in 01-04 the small stocks getting clobbered by Naked Shorts? Every time my favorite stocks hit $1 or $2 they busted them down to $.30 and $.90 rinse and repeat. ESLR(Evergreen Solar), ADSX and SIRI would have to overcome a mountain of shorts to move.
ARKK has some solid stocks with cash, not these pumps I played long ago. Art Cashin said companies need good products to kill the Shorts, hopefully she’s buying quality?

What of this war. Well the scary part is two world leaders have met with Putin lately and both called him a " different and distant person " that wry sense of humor that had him kissing beauty queens and riding elephants without his shirt on... those days are gone. Why is Putin angry sullen and different when he used to be just angry and sullen? I think it's the pandemic. I really do-- with their crap ass Sputnik vaccine Putin has been in hiding and the tables he sits with various other Russian elites have been getting larger and larger. Putin has been removed and isolated due to the virus and that makes for an angry man.
Apparently Putin dressed down his own head of their version of the CIA pretty good.
What is the end game? That is the question....
From America's point of view very little of this incursion has anything to do with Russia's behavior -- this is all about China and Taiwan and that's why this is a scary moment in world history. America needs to strike back somehow hard on Russia to send a message to China.
For this they will have to use Nato troops that is the cover.. who is Nato who do you bomb when Nato attacks you.. it is in a way a stateless state and that can be used to our benefit. Nato needs to get on the ground and and if they are attacked Nato needs to respond full force with air and missile warfare. Not US vs Russia... Nato Vs Russia... This is Nato's moment.
