This stock has basically been $64-$67 forever.

We did get in at a good price I have to double check but honestly with copper pricing being where it is the lack of explosion upwards has be worried. Why Southern Copper not $90?

I have to say GBA is getting frustrated with Southern Copper.

The thesis is so strong:

What we are dealing with now is something called "greenflation".

What this means is that efforts to create a more sustainable and non-polluting economy cause certain prices to rise, which creates inflation. Especially Europe and North America have committed to transition to "net-zero" in the future. Even if that means dealing with higher inflation that is almost impossible to combat for central banks.

One example of greenflation on copper is electric mobility ("EVs"). A conventional ICE vehicle includes roughly 18-49 pounds of copper. A plug-in hybrid vehicle has roughly 132 pounds of copper. A battery-electric vehicle has roughly 183 pounds of copper -

According to the IEA, EV adoption will grow to 61% of new vehicles by 2030. That's 8 years from now.

Bloomberg had something this morning which basically echoed what I told you several weeks ago, said the costs of running the mines are outpacing the increases in metals' prices. Are the miners all reporting this week?

Take a 5 year view $44 break out---> gets up to $62 area

Back and fill $69 to $62 creates anew base.

Now look at a 1 yr and see nice move up Oct 2021- the angle of which is quite extreme.

Raw rolling paper Uptrend Points ultimately to a price of $90.

If nothing else we are setting up for a trade of $68 to $78
