Wynn Resorts price target raised to $125 from $120 at CBRE 20:53 WYNN CBRE analyst John DeCree raised the firm's price target on Wynn Resorts to $125 from $120 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. The analyst notes that the company's integrated resort development on Al Marjan Island with Marjan and RAK Hospitality could be funded with capital from the rumored sale of Wynn Interactive. DeCree adds that Wynn Resorts shares have not had the same lift-off from the positive regulatory news in Macau, and he sees "substantial valuation support" from its domestic assets.
