Here is my 2 cents. I believe there is someone at the white House who tells Biden now is the time to strike a deal with Manchen. Just make coal the energy source of our future and build that guy abridge and lets cut some drug prices and do some maternity leave and basically cut some green initiatives out. The left will howl. The market will roar.
