ABT-The company projects 12% growth

Diagnostics Grows Amid Pandemic:Diagnostics sales increased more than 45% (up 12.5% excluding COVID-19 testing-related sales) in the third quarter. With the spike in Delta variant cases, particularly in the United States, demand for testing increased significantly, most notably for rapid tests. In the third quarter, the company sold more than 225 million COVID-19 tests globally and shipped more than 1 billion tests since the pandemic's start. Over the past several months, Abbott has established a global leadership position in rapid testing, including a supply capacity of more than 100 million tests per month.

Raised Guidance:Abbott raised its 2021 adjusted earnings per share guidance. Full-year adjusted earnings from continuing operations (excluding specified items of $1.45 per share) are now expected in the range of $5.00- $5.10 per share (compared with the earlier band of $4.30- $4.50).

If all companies looked this good....

The only negative is currency.... They have alot of global sales.

They are going to get at least 1/3 of this new Gov contract.
 
Lets just do some math:

In the third quarter, the company sold more than 225 million COVID-19 tests

4 QTRS in a year. 225 X 4 = 900 mil tests kitsat-? How much to the retailer $14?

14 X 900 = 12,600,000 is that $12 billion No... $1.2 billion.... $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

I'm not sure they both sound good. Investing is Math sometimes.
