  • Bloomberg reported a week ago about a potential likely reverse merger transaction between SeaChange and Triller, sending SeaChange shares up almost 130%. A deal would value Triller at a premium to its most recent valuation of about $1.25B.
  • Triller is a competitor to ByteDance's (BDNCE) TikTok platform. The Triller app has counted former President Donald Trump and entertainers Roddy Ricch, Eminem and Alicia Keys as users. A deal for Triller comes after YouTube competitor Rumble announced a deal to go public through SPAC CF Acquisition VI (NASDAQ:CFVI) earlier this month.
  • SeaChange is beging mentioned on social media again todayvafter the stock was a hot topic last week after the Triller deal speculation.

My instinct waking up this morning without doing any research-->is to go even more heavily into VIR. I know I know, caught a downgrade yesterday interday 20 point reversal I was happy and then I was sad... BUT I have CONVICTION and a little fact on my side. I am The Savant.

It has nothing to do with looking at the VIX lol, the point is the market is going up,down, up, down... the vix doesn't predict, it reflects.
