Ayr Wellness named Cannabis Top Pick for 2022 at Needham 09:32 AYRWF Needham analyst Matt McGinley named Ayr Wellness as the Top Pick for 2022 in the Cannabis space and also named the stock to Needham Conviction List. Ayr will have the highest revenue and EBITDA growth in 2022, but the stock trades at the lowest enterprise value to expected EBITDA multiple in the group, the analyst tells investors in a research note. There is some risk to revenue and EBITDA estimates related to timing and productivity ramps, but the multiple is low enough that it mitigates downside risk, McGinley adds, keeping his Buy rating and $35 price target on Ayr Wellness shares.
