i need a pat on the back today. i still like ASO, and the chart looks like an upside down head and shoulders. it's a keeper.
 
I think of a lot of good inventions at the gym. I kid you not a few have gone on to be multi million dollar products. I almost went on Shark tank it's along story. Many years ago me and this girl, she was my trainer and we invented what you see on the floor those little felt "skid pads."

We were going to take Skid Pads large but there some doubting of the name which I came up with and talks fell apart. Skid Pads does not sound like something you put on an old persons bed.-- They're groovy! they're Skiiiid Pads.... I should of used multiple " I's "
 
There's many forms of exercise and look at that trainer she is helping each time. That's weird. And her poor shoulders, she must be all F* ed up. Repetitive stuff like that will ruin you.

Another big money idea is-- We came up with well really my old trainer came up with this annoying way of working out " Til Failure." And she was Australian and it sounded funny mate! Till Failya!

But damn if she didn't break a man down and always that one more: ONE MORE MATE! Yes Til failure! and there slumped on the ground in a pool of sweat was me. Dreaming about getting rich.- Till Failure T -shirts Common. That's Big $'s.(tm stoney)

I've changed alot and now when I work outiI've created something entirely opposite of the new trend. The new trend I think is to rapidly cycle through everything to get your pulse rate up.. However, I have developed The Barstool Workout (tm stoney) there's this little stool at my gym gym and what I do is after each set I run to the stool sit like a little boy and completely bring my heart rate back to rest... So I bench press like crazy, run to the stool. And Sit. This is when I usually talk to the trainer in question who works there.

This trainer she is so damn flexible it's crazy and it would be a life fantasy thing... you know coffin list or whatever... The Asian culture I am completely in tune with.

I don't think my wife would be angry as long as I brought some gusto home as well. We have been stagnant for a long time. Dogs.
 
4 out of 5 Omnicrom infections were to the vaccinated. Anyone else find that odd?

Could this variant actually be ' attracted ' to the inoculated somehow? And could you
be safer without the vaccines? And would the gov ever tell us that...

This Variant although mild symptoms has the ability to wreak havoc on our economy as so many may call in sick from the same co and with quarantine rules offices could be a wasteland.

Prediction- there is a ' Trojan horse ' in this variant.. so now it infects with mild symptoms to correctly determine the pathways of entry... then next some major problem/ threat they will discover-

They will call it Omnicom X
