1> Cytokinetics set to make commercial impact, says Piper Sandler 20:24 CYTK Piper Sandler transferred coverage of Cytokinetics to analyst Yasmeen Rahimi, who maintained an Overweight rating and raised the price target to $50 from $40. The company's Omecamtiv has met primary endpoint in a Phase 3 trial in heart failure with reduced ejection fraction with NDA filing in the second half of 2021, while aficamten has shown robust efficacy in hypertrophic cardiomyopathies, which is inline with the Phase 3 completed mavacamten data, the analyst tells investors in a research note. Rahimi further states that with three derisked late stage clinical assets, Cytokinetics is all set to make a commercial impact.
