I pointed out American Campus too btw.
It was $52 I think.
It's a reit, I know you want it for the dividend, but it won't be a big mover, they've paid too much for some of those properties.
That market is gonna contract. I'd dump it too.
Not that it'll crash, but it's not gonna break $57 anytime soon either.

Company used to promise States. We were supposed to get two States. Well now they have broken that down to municipalities! YES! Investors are fooled.... $200K contract. But the mesage boards don't understand... Probably on Robin Hood because it's as slow day.

I can't thank you until I make some money off one of these picks. All I have is ELYS.

But I like ACC for sure that's a VAn find and the numbers work.

PWR broke out at $101 and we missed it. Way back in May I had some at $95-$100 I don't know why.... but 4 months dead and I sold at some point... Then I lost track it just seemed boring. Then suddenly in Sept alone $101- $116<--- an it's not on infrastructure! Bill still stalled.
