Market Rally Analysis
The stock market rally is looking promising again. On Monday, the Nasdaq undercut the early December lows, ending its rally attempt. But the S&P 500 did not, so the overall market rally continued. It didn't look good at the time. But the major indexes rebounded strongly over the next three sessions, reclaiming their 50-day moving averages.

The S&P 500 hit a closing high Thursday, while the Nasdaq broke a trend line and cleared its high on Dec. 16, when the market reversed sharply lower. That action provides more confidence in the health of the market rally.

The Russell 2000 rebounded from Monday's nine-month low, but is still below its 200-day and 50-day lines. That's a good proxy for overall market breadth, which improved in the past few sessions but remains woeful.New highs trumped new lows Thursday, a welcome shift.

I dunno Stoney, I think 2022 will be a down year for many stocks.

Maybe we should focus on the biotechs and see if we can get a homerun or two.
There's a subscription service, expensive af, that tracks all the FDA stuff. Maybe I'll spring for that.

Evolv raises FY21 revenue rangeview to $20M-$23M from $20M-$21M 11/10 EVLV Consensus $20.6M.

Stk was $6.32.rose to $7.45 on this news and down we go! No reason.
 
I'm with you Van- I dunno Stoney, I think 2022 will be a down year for many stocks.

Help me with inflation out of control stocks. -- Deer? I can't stand they always say the same stk on CNBC Freeport Mac-- I mean do we have to adjust our thinking here?

Or does Tech have to die more? Olin Corp?

Omicrom can hurt the economy by it's sheer numbers. That should slow us down.
