I just figured out the whole market. And I got my answer from the radio. A call in to a sports show of all places. Here in NYC as you know we have a severe cream cheese shortage... People are near desperate. So a guy in the food business called in and said it's not the cream chesse it's the packaging- no packaging for these large size curds...
