From a guy in his underwear when they are paying all these pro's so much....So much of tech is on the come, GARP stocks are a better bet for investors now, however there is the theory of the hardest hit bouncing back the most..the trouble is we already had that cycle and the hardest hit went down further trapping investors. Making them angry.
