So you would buy a pool company that takes 37 years to pay off, where your only hope for growth at any meaningful level... ie... economies of scale when you're a $3B pool company... is to pay top dollar for mom and pop operations in a rising rate environment with a huge labor shortage for menial tasks?
Ok, you go for it, but Stoney, this is why you don't work on WS or Main Street.
