B. Riley says Sono can 'disrupt' EV market, starts at Buy 07:21 SEV B. Riley analyst Christopher Souther initiated coverage of Sono Motors with a Buy rating and $8 price target. Sono has the potential to "disrupt" the electric vehicle industry with adoption of its solar technology to extend vehicle range, lower the cost of ownership, and extend the battery life of vehicles, Souther tells investors in a research note. Sono intends to integrate its technology in its first battery electric vehicle, the Sion, which is on track to complete prototype testing in 2022 and to start production in the second half of 2023, notes the analyst.

I don't know how highly protected this patent is but using solar to extend miles sees VERY SMART!!! TSLA obviously has access to solar panels - couldn't they do this?

FED DAY-

I think if the Fed wants to calm the markets there are two things they could do today.

One would be to sneakily remove one of their dot plot hikes and not say anything about it.

Many of us feel there is economic weakness coming on pretty quick... The Fed could anticipate that by walking back one of the plot points.

The other thing would be -- and I highly encourage this -- The Fed could move the goal posts on inflation targets. Rather than honing in on this 2% number allow the concept that the new normal on inflation is closer to 3 1/2%<----

Either of these moves would help the markets mood significantly.
